Role Summary
Lead and coordinate cross-functional engineering programs to deliver Silicon IP and SoC projects from planning through delivery. Work with product, R&D, verification, software, and customer engineering teams to define scope, schedules, and technical trade-offs and ensure projects meet quality and customer expectations.
Experience Level
Senior β approximately 7β12 years of relevant experience in semiconductor, Silicon IP, SoC, ASIC, or related environments.
Responsibilities
Drive program execution, stakeholder communication, and team collaboration for global Silicon IP deliveries.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Silicon IP projects globally, from planning through completion.
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and customers.
- Provide regular project status, define roadmaps and product enhancements with R&D teams.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and milestones aligned with business and customer needs.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules using standard tools.
- Monitor execution, analyze performance, and ensure deliveries meet quality and schedule targets.
- Drive cross-team collaboration, resolve conflicts, and remove blockers to maintain progress.
- Enable clear communication across global teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in execution and delivery.
Requirements
Essential skills and experience required for this role.
- 7β12 years of relevant experience in semiconductor, Silicon IP, SoC, ASIC, or related engineering environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating complex, cross-functional technical projects or programs.
- Proven ability to manage customer expectations and communications.
- Background with Mixed-Signal IP, SoC, ASIC, or semiconductor development environments.
- Solid understanding of project/program management methodologies and tools.
- Experience with quality management systems and delivery processes.
- Familiarity with Linux-based engineering environments and workflows.
Education Requirements
Degree in Engineering or Applied Science, or equivalent practical experience.
