Program Manager — Engineering Programs & Delivery
Role Summary
Lead execution of complex engineering programs spanning software, firmware, SDKs, validation, infrastructure and platform development. Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, DevOps, release engineering, product) to deliver releases on schedule with predictable quality and minimal process overhead.
Experience Level
Mid-level — requires experience as a technical program manager; posting requests 5+ years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
Manage program planning, cross-team coordination, release readiness, and risk mitigation to ensure timely delivery of engineering releases.
- Drive end-to-end program execution from requirements through release; maintain plans, schedules, milestones and dependencies.
- Coordinate execution across software, firmware, validation, DevOps, release engineering and infrastructure teams.
- Track program health, risks, blockers and escalations; drive mitigation and resolution.
- Organize and lead program reviews, status meetings, release reviews and planning sessions.
- Manage dependency tracking and ensure alignment between engineering priorities and business objectives.
- Coordinate release planning, readiness activities, feature completeness tracking and milestone sign-offs.
- Improve processes and adoption of automation, CI/CD and delivery best practices; monitor delivery metrics and KPIs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and scalable development/release workflows.
Requirements

Must-have: 5+ years in technical program management or engineering project management with experience managing complex engineering programs involving software development and system integration.

Must-have: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies and release processes.

Nice-to-have: Experience with embedded systems, firmware, Linux, SDKs, AI/ML platforms, or hardware–software integration.

Nice-to-have: Familiarity with DevOps workflows, release automation and CI/CD pipelines; experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, GitHub or Gitea.

Nice-to-have: Experience in semiconductor, high-performance computing, embedded Linux or AI accelerator environments; experience coordinating globally distributed engineering teams.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical field. Certifications mentioned in the posting include PMP, Scrum Master or Agile certifications (listed as nice-to-have).
