Role Summary
Work on probe application integration to enable stable, high-yield probe manufacturing. The role supports probe automation systems, manufacturing execution solutions, product qualifications, and data-driven process improvements.
Position is based in Tainan and interfaces with FAB NPI, probe production, equipment, and engineering teams to move products from design to mass production.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include sustaining probe automation, improving execution systems, and converting manufacturing data into actionable process changes.
- Enable and sustain probe automation systems to improve operational efficiency and manufacturing robustness.
- Design and implement manufacturing execution solutions to support probe operations.
- Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce cost in probe manufacturing.
- Coordinate resources across FAB NPI, probe production, equipment, and engineering for product qualification and ramp.
- Analyze manufacturing data to support site business plans and process improvement.
- Transform raw probe data into insights for yield improvement and to support Assembly and back-end testing.
- Perform lot dispositions per business logic and quality-control standards.
Requirements

- Proven experience with manufacturing execution systems, probe automation, and new product introduction (NPI).
- Proficiency with data-analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Access.
- Experience with data analysis using Python and database tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to manufacturing data and yield improvement.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to implement new products and process changes.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Education Requirements
Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
