Job Title

Principal Analog and Reliability Verification Engineer

Role Summary

Lead verification strategy and methodology for analog and reliability aspects of DRAM products. Work with design teams and verification engineers to develop scalable, Python-based testbenches, tools, and AI-enabled workflows that improve coverage and close silicon failure gaps.

Responsibilities

Drive verification strategy, provide technical leadership, and implement verification solutions for analog and reliability features across DRAM projects.

  • Define and drive analog and reliability verification strategy, including AI-enabled methodologies to improve efficiency and coverage.
  • Partner with design teams to standardize and continuously improve verification methodologies across projects and technology generations.
  • Develop, maintain, and evolve Python-based analog and reliability verification testbenches, tools, and flows.
  • Translate reliability requirements and customer use cases into actionable verification plans to ensure reliable silicon.
  • Provide technical leadership: set priorities, mentor engineers, and lead innovation for future DRAM technologies.

  • Must-have: 10+ years of relevant experience in design and verification engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with analog simulation and debug environments (circuit simulation and waveform analysis).
  • Strong knowledge of VLSI circuit design fundamentals.
  • Solid understanding of reliability fundamentals and common degradation/failure mechanisms (BTI, HCI, EM, TDDB).
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, including object-oriented design and use of advanced libraries.
  • Experience developing scalable verification testbenches and translating requirements into verification plans.

Preferred / nice-to-have:

  • Strong understanding of DRAM circuit design and system architecture.
  • Demonstrated leadership of technical projects and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience driving AI-enabled process improvements and automation.
  • Familiarity with digital verification methodologies (SystemVerilog, UVM) and designing multithreaded, multi-layered systems.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
