Role Summary

Lead the FullChip verification team for NVIDIA's FC Switch Silicon, owning system-level integration and verification of next-generation switch chips. Manage people, technical execution, schedules, and cross-team coordination to deliver high-throughput, low-latency switch silicon.

Experience Level

Senior. The role expects 4+ years of managerial experience in chip design or verification and 10+ years of overall experience in RTL design and dynamic verification.

Responsibilities

Technical and people leadership for FullChip/system-level verification.

• Integrate and verify the switch at system level (FullChip verification).
• Lead, grow, and mentor a team of FullChip verification engineers.
• Drive FullChip verification execution, including staging plans, schedules, and deliveries.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to the team.
• Plan dynamic verification environments for unit infrastructure and system-level testing.
• Coordinate closely with Architecture, micro-architecture, backend, firmware, and design teams.
• Work with design/verification teams developing core switch units.

• Nice-to-have: Knowledge of network protocols, high-performance computing (HPC), or distributed computation.

Education Requirements

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
