Role Summary

Develop, execute and optimize test processes to verify product functionality and quality in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Work with production test setups, analyze test data and failures, document results, and support process improvements to increase yield and production efficiency.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities focus on test and process support for manufacturing to maintain product quality and improve yield.

• Investigate yield and quality issues; implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Develop, optimize, and control manufacturing and test processes.
• Support production testing: set up tests, analyze test data, identify failures, and document findings.
• Execute and improve test procedures and systems; support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform failure analysis and root-cause investigations.
• Participate in cross-functional activities and support on-call duties when required.

Requirements

Essential skills and experience for success in this role.

• Good knowledge of basic electronics, including analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Nice to have: experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) such as ETS364, 93K, ETS800 or Flex module tester.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics or related fields). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
