Customer Program Manager
Role Summary
Individual contributor owning day-to-day execution of assigned custom silicon customer programs (including SoC, MCU, and sensor SoC projects) for strategic customers. Acts as the primary program execution interface between the customer and GlobalFoundries cross-functional teams to ensure predictable delivery, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction across the full silicon lifecycle.
Experience Level
Senior level β requires 15+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with exposure to SoC, MCU, or custom silicon programs.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end program execution and cross-functional coordination to deliver custom silicon products on schedule and to quality expectations.
- Own end-to-end execution of assigned customer-specific silicon programs from early engagement through SOP, volume ramp, and sustaining.
- Serve as single point of contact for program execution; provide clear status, risk, and commitment communication to customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate across IP, design, verification, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams.
- Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, and risk registers for complex custom products.
- Identify, manage, and escalate technical, schedule, cost, and supply risks.
- Support change management for scope changes, milestone updates, and customer change requests.
- Ensure programs meet customer delivery, quality, and performance expectations.
- Perform work in accordance with Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.

Education Requirements
