Role Summary
Design, develop, and verify analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits for advanced memory interface products. Collaborate with architecture, layout, CAD, modeling, verification, and system teams to deliver high-performance analog IPs for next-generation memory technologies.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include circuit design, verification, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure manufacturable, high-performance analog IP.
- Design, develop, and verify analog and mixed-signal circuits for advanced memory products.
- Perform schematic- and post-layout-level simulations (functionality, performance, corner cases, Monte Carlo).
- Analyze and communicate design tradeoffs to design teams and internal customers.
- Provide feasibility and topology tradeoff assessments during architecture development.
- Collaborate with architecture, layout, CAD, modeling, verification, and system teams to ensure high-quality designs and manufacturability.
- Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement for future memory technology nodes.
- Support silicon bring-up, debug, and yield optimization activities (preferred).
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience; preferred items listed separately.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in analog design engineering or related roles.
- Experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design using advanced CMOS and FinFET technologies.
- Strong background in CMOS analog/mixed-signal circuit analysis, sizing, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience designing power management and analog IPs (bandgap, voltage/current references, LDOs, charge pumps, CMOS amplifiers, comparators).
- Familiarity with parasitic effects, extraction, modeling, and post-layout verification.
- Experience with advanced semiconductor process nodes for high-performance DRAM or memory products.
Nice-to-have / Preferred:
- Proficiency in circuit simulation and verification workflows (DC, AC, transient, corner, Monte Carlo).
- Experience contributing to architecture definition and early feasibility studies of analog/mixed-signal blocks.
- Familiarity with layout-aware design techniques to improve matching, robustness, and manufacturability.
- Knowledge of reliability and variability effects (PVT, mismatch, aging).
- Strong collaboration skills across layout, CAD, modeling, standards, and verification teams.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field with a specialization in Microelectronics, or equivalent practical experience.
