Analog Circuit Design Engineer
Role Summary
Design and develop analog and mixed-signal circuits and IP in advanced process nodes. Deliver transistor-level designs, perform extraction and simulation, create and execute verification test plans, and collaborate with architecture and layout teams to meet power, performance, area, timing, and yield targets.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include circuit design, verification, and cross-functional delivery of analog IP blocks.
- Perform transistor-level analog circuit design and optimization for PPA (power, performance, area) and yield.
- Create floorplans and work with layout teams to ensure electrical robustness and manufacturability.
- Extract chip parameters and run simulations to validate circuit behavior and performance.
- Develop and execute test plans; analyze test results and iterate on designs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with architecture, layout, and verification teams to resolve design issues.
- Report design progress and maintain tracking of performance and circuit issues.
Requirements

- Experience designing analog and mixed-signal IP and circuits in advanced process nodes.
- Ability to perform circuit extraction, parameterization, and behavioral simulation to validate designs.
- Proven skills in creating and executing verification test plans and analyzing results.
- Experience optimizing circuits for power, performance, area, timing, and leakage.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with architecture and layout teams.
Education Requirements
BTech (Bachelor of Technology) in Electrical Engineering.
